Orders

How long does it take to process an order?
Each piece is made to order, in 2–5 business days. A tracking link follows by email once the order ships.

Can an order be changed or cancelled after purchase?
Once placed, an order enters production and cannot be modified or cancelled. Each piece is checked before dispatch to avoid errors — a reason to review sizing and address at checkout.

A discount code isn't applying — why?
Codes don't stack with other promotions and don't apply to items already on offer.

Shipping

Where does ODAS ship?
France, the whole EU, the UK, the US and most other countries. Shipping costs are shown at checkout based on the destination. Outside the EU, import duties and taxes may apply.

What are the delivery times?
Each piece is made to order in 2–5 business days, then shipped from the workshop closest to the destination. Estimated total time, production included:

France: 5–12 business days
Rest of the EU: 5–13 business days
United Kingdom: 4–10 business days
United States: 5–9 business days

How is an order tracked?
A tracking link is sent by email as soon as the parcel leaves the workshop.

What if a package arrives damaged or incomplete?
Contact hello@odas-studio.com with the order number and photos within 48 hours of delivery — a replacement or refund follows.

Returns & Exchanges

What is the return window?
14 days from delivery, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached — in line with EU distance-selling rules.

How does a return work?
Email hello@odas-studio.com with the order number to receive return instructions. Once received and checked, a refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Are exchanges available?
Direct exchanges aren't offered at this stage — a return followed by a new order is the fastest way to switch size or item.

Who covers return shipping?
The customer, unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.

What are the pieces made of, and how are they cared for?
Material and care details are listed on each product page; a care label is sewn into every garment.
